Facilities Suite Offices

1. Phone service

You can simply arrange to have calls put through to your mobile, but you can also have them put through to our telephonists who’ll ensure that your clients’ calls are answered and messages are taken in a friendly, professional and personal manner.

2. Pantries

There are communal pantries with fridge and dishwasher with lockable storage for your crockery and other kitchen stocks. The pantries have no coffee or tea making facilities, but you can easily set up an espresso machine in your own unit.

 3. Breakout Rooms

Here you can relax, chat to colleagues, have a coffee with neighbours or arrange informal meetings with business contacts on the Suite Offices floor.


4. Conference area

There is a conference area on the Suite Offices floor, which you can book. For larger meetings, WTC Amsterdam also offers the opportunity to book various boardrooms or conference suites within WTC Amsterdam.

5. Spacious underground car park

The WTC Amsterdam underground car park has 1,200 spaces. The car park is open 24/7, including public holidays. You can arrange a monthly permit for a parking space when you sign your rent contract.

6. Shops and restaurants

You’ll find a range of shops, cafés and restaurants in and around the building: there’s for example a HEMA, an AH to go, a dry cleaner, a hairdresser and a print service. Check out the WTC website for a full list of services.

7. Childcare

The WTC has childcare facilities: Partou Kinderopvang, which also offers short-term placements, and parents who work in the WTC get priority. 

8. Cleaning

The office units, the communal pantries and the toilets are cleaned daily.
